<p>I am building an adventure van and want a drawer that can be locked shut while driving. It would be ideal if the latch could be disengaged in the same movement as opening the drawer so I never have to remember to latch it. </p><p>I have included a template to aid with installation. <a href="https://youtu.be/7yvC-RJicj4">This video has an example of its use and the drawer pull being mounted.</a></p><p>Slam Latches are not an original idea, but I hope this mostly print in place one moves the concept into additive manufacturing. </p><p> </p><p>Edit: Depending on your printers bridging prowess, some light sanding might be needed to fit the pull into the drawer latch.</p>
