My old frames (Bronx E Black 145) broke on me, so I designed some new ones for me to wear. They print great in PLA with supports (no warping or sticking issues), haven't printed them in ABS yet but I plan to soon. I emailed the people who made my glasses for me (America's Best) and they said they couldn't give me the lens template or number, so sadly I can't publish what lens template to ask for if you want to get lenses to match. What you can probably do however, is print out a set and say you want your new lenses fitted to them, or order the lenses for the same model I got (Bronx E Black) For adjusting the frames, just run them under really hot water for a minute, then bend them how you need. I tried this trick and it works well for me. I have no real solution to popping the lenses in, other than to do so keeping in mind not to scratch the coating off. Print Settings Supports: Yes Notes: Print the main frame piece facing down, lay the sides down flat for printing. The main frame piece will need cleaning because the supports for it are messy, so if you have soluble supports, they would be in order for this print.
