I wanted to have a fume extractor for soldering and found super cheap 130mm carbon filters, but I didn't have any extra computer fans. I designed a fan and a fan housing which was custom to a spare motor I had. I then attached the custom fan assembly on to a design I found on Thingiverse by "nrp" for the carbon filters: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:17086 These 3D prints along with some wiring and soldering gave me a fume extractor with a simple toggle switch! I included the .stl files for the fan and the housing along with the Solidworks file with both parts. Some extra m3 screws were needed for me to mount the motor to the housing along with mounting the fan housing to the fume extractor by "nrp".
