The specific change made is to add integrated wall supports so it can be printed on a standard 3D printer (without using dissolvable support material for instance). The wall supports are 0.8mm thick in the current design. The "wall" supports can be broken out post print or can be left in resulting in an interesting shaped object. Suggest to print with at least 1.2mm wall thickness and at least 20% infill for strength. If you plan to remove the supports I suggest at least 1.6mm wall thickness and at least 30% infill.
