This is a remix: Cut the flag design down to z @ -5.6mm so as to allow one to print the flag as two (2) halves, then flipped it to print the other half. Glue together, then place it over a dowel (shown), pencil, or pen for a much nicer presentation. Also righted the base so that it is ready to print w/o rotation.
