Printable Vat for Wanhao Duplicator D7 + Resin Mixing

This remix of IncrediVat by Ziofester showcases my CubePro printer's capabilities. Printed in PLA without supports at 0.2mm layer height and Standard 'strong' setting, the model features a base upwards orientation. Heat inserts are strategically placed to enhance strength. Farnell's Brass Insert Unheaded M4 is used for this purpose. For fitting instructions, watch this video. The screws employed are M4x10mm long. ******************************************************************************************************* A Mixing Vat has been added to the project. This unfinished design aims to mix resin in the vat during printing, preventing separation. The section view highlights the supply and delivery ports printed into the vat. To achieve this, a dosing pump is connected to the channels using 4mm tubing. A quick-release push-fit connector from 6mm to 4mm was used for convenience. An O'ring is depicted in the chart. Connectors designed by Thingiverse (2586969) were printed to join the pump tubes. The second fan output controls the dosing pump.
