This is a 3D printable wire replacement for home sewn cotton surgical masks. It is designed for use with PLA. Once printed, it can be softened with a hair dryer/blow dryer and formed to the user's nose. If it needs to be readjusted, just reheat and reform. It's 1.5mm, which seems to be the best compromise between thickness and formability. I will upload the F3D files in case you would like to modify the design. Let's all work together to help our healthcare workers during this unprecedented crisis. Thingiverse has been a little slow and some folks have reported that they can't get the files.
