Printables Helical LCD Knob

<p>A pretty simple 25mm LCD knob with helical knurling, printed in two colors (using two parts) to accent the Printables logo on the front.</p><p>This was made to understand how to create helical knurling in Fusion 360, if you want to see how it was achieved, you can check-out the included project file. If you want to create a cross-hatch knurling, mirroring the existing helical pattern over itself would achieve that.</p><h4>Assembly</h4><p>The model should be printed in two part of different color and press fitted together.</p><p>There is already 0.1mm of clearance built into the model to make sure that both model fits together in most of the case.</p><p>If the fit is too loose you use a bit of CA glue to bound them together, if its too tight you should be able to scale the <i>knob-bottom</i> model down in your slicer to adjust it.</p><h4>Printing</h4><p>This model should be printed at 0.10mm or 0.15mm layer height with 100% infill, any material should work. STL file should already be oriented properly and should be printed flat side down on the printer.
