Replacement bevel gear for the steering gear for our BIG loader (toy Traktor). The original gear had become loose. Factory-side, it was only pressed onto the steering rod. As the original gear was made out of nylon/PA or POM, adhesive was not really a viable option. This printed replacement gear has a nut trap for M3 nut and can therefore be easily and securely fitted onto the steering rod. Instructions Printed in PLA 3mm on my reprap printer with a 0.5mm nozzle. You might want to tweak the nut trap settings, mine was a tight fit. For mounting, I first removed the steering wheel and then removed the steering rod from below. Then, I pressed the new gear onto the rod and secured it with an M3 screw. After reinserting the rod, the steering wheel was mounted.
