This rail attaches to a 20mm T-slot (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:9013) and is currently being evaluated as an alternative to steel rod and rail. PLA material is advised for avoiding warping and curling during the cooling process. If using ABS, it's recommended to decrease the speed for the initial layer and bond it firmly to the bed.
