The idea is to have one print to validate the impact of the retraction settings to the print quality. This model was designed for a Ender 5 standard Extruder & Hotend, but should work on any other printer as well. In order the get the intended result, the STL need to be edited before printing, that the retract setting is changed every 10 mm ( starting with 2 mm as the bottom plate is that thick) The changes are done in the same way in Cura as for the temp towers, lots of descriptions how to do that on YouTube. In short : CURA, Extensions, Post Processing, Modify GCod, then add ChangeAtZ for every change you want to make. The Fusion Step-File is included as well for easier modification if wanted.
