PrintrBoard Case
thingiverse
This is a case for my Rev D board. It features a 40mm fan mount and two 8mm holes designed to accommodate a 40mm extruded aluminum piece with an 8mm slot. The two square holes at the top are intended for ATX power connections. I printed this case in PETG due to significant warping issues (with the case) and ABS (for the lid). The holes for the lid and fan are threaded for M3 screws, but you can also use self-tapping screws. Instructions If you're not experiencing major warping issues with ABS, consider printing it with a brim to minimize movement. In case of significant warping, print it in PLA or PETG instead. Laywood is also a viable option.
