Remix of dhulihan's fan mount. I only had a larger fan on hand from an old CPU cooler. The fan is roughly 6cm. Mounting holes are 61.62mm apart from centers. Included is the Google sketchup so you update for your own fan size. Before exporting to STL you might need to select all and choose Outer Shell. Instructions Printed on Printrbot+ v1.9'ish (stock Printrbot bought just before v2.0 was released). Printed with green PLA. Settings are pretty much default other than a few tweaks suggested by the Printrbot Getting Started guide. Here are some of the slic3r settings: ; layer_height = 0.3 ; perimeters = 3 ; top_solid_layers = 3 ; bottom_solid_layers = 3 ; fill_density = 0.3 ; perimeter_speed = 30 ; infill_speed = 60 ; travel_speed = 130 ; nozzle_diameter = 0.4 ; filament_diameter = 2.81 ; extrusion_multiplier = 1 ; perimeters extrusion width = 0.42mm ; infill extrusion width = 0.42mm ; solid infill extrusion width = 0.42mm ; top infill extrusion width = 0.42mm ; first layer extrusion width = 0.80mm
