I love my Printrbot Jr V1; it still runs strong next to my two Simple models, one of which has been extended in both the X and Z directions. However, there's something about this little 51 that I just prefer - its white color complements the few remaining wood pieces perfectly, making it a lovely conversation piece on our wall, with a total count of four or five items. I'm fairly certain I used a 20% infill rate, but don't quote me on that; what's essential is that bearings are press-fit, so thick walls are absolutely necessary. When printing in the right direction, you won't need any support at all - simply have the smallest side facing downwards and the back of the carriage down if I'm correct. I used PLA for this build, and the result is a solid product that's comparable to my Simple metal model in terms of durability. This little printer works flawlessly with all the wood parts I've got, and I still have more pieces to upload later on.
