After building many Printrbot Simple kits with educators, I drew up this jig to quickly sort the M3 screws for it. The slots represent the 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 16mm, 20mm, and 22mm screws. Once they're sorted, we put them in labeled ice cube trays. Trust me, this saves a lot of time and headache during the building process. Print Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Simple White Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .3096 Infill: N/A Notes: This will bang out pretty quick at .3096 layer height in two passes. Be careful when removing from the bed as the edge around the largest and smallest slots is pretty narrow.
