I've made 2 variations with varying amounts of adjustability. Large adjustment - spool widths 49mm to 89mm. Small adjustment spool widths 53mm to 61mm and 72mm to 89mm. (89mm is standard Printrbot filament spool size, 61mm is standard for Protoparadigm filament spool size) This spool holder requires 4x 608 bearings. These bearings are common in skateboarding and are easy to find. I prefer sealed versions but I'm sure that shielded ones would work fine too. Google 608-2RS or 608-ZZ. eBay and Amazon have them for good prices. Print using supports (of course). -Note: When the spool gets close to empty the printer can pull the spool off of the holder. Two rolls of pennies fit nicely in the center of most spools and provide enough weight to prevent this.
