Very simple guide that slips into the top panel of the metal plus. 4mm hole will accommodate most common sizes. The guide with slides back and forth some with the movement of the carriage but it stays securely locked into the panel. Instructions I printed mine on its side with a heated bed and kapton tape with PLA. The wing tabs may try to lift as they are quite thin. I cleaned my kapton with alcohol then added a dab of glue stick on the ends to get them to stay down. Even if your edges lift a little the print should still be functional.
