This is the original Printrbot design modified to mount on Slotted Steel Angle Stock with 5/16" bolts. This design is moved to https://www.youmagine.com/designs/printrbot-bits You can box in the smooth Z rods and create any kind of a rigid frame you want. Its a fun and inexpensive way to build a large 3D printer. I'm sure there are physical limits to the size and shape you can build but this platform gives you a lot of flexibility - its up to you to build, explore, learn, and have fun. I'm not providing build instructions for this bot - its not a kit - nor am I claiming this will build a better bot that anything already on the market. This is for our Maker club and it is up to up you to figure it out and learn along the way - its half the fun I promise.
