I'm using Reflectix to insulate the underside of my heatbed. I was having problems with the bed warping slightly because the Reflectix was being compressed more on the edges. This support goes under the heatbed to limit the compression. See Photo... YMMV based on the thicknessof your insulation. Instructions Tighten up the screws on you heatbed with the insulation in place. You're looking for the point where the middle of the board is no longer compressing the insulation. Measure the thickness of the insulation at that point and adjust the SketchUp file accordingly. Mount between the wood bed and pcb heatbed being careful not to catch any insulation between them. The stl file is for Reflectix brand from Home Deport, with about 2.1mm thickness at the middle.
