Printrbot Plus 1404 Cable Chain Adapters

I designed these adapters plus a set of offset links to attach the printrbot open cable chain onto my printrbot plus 1404. My printrbot plus 1404 requires 1 offset link (B) and 19 normal links, consisting of 10 A links and 9 B links, from eddiema's printrbot open cable chain to bridge between the base and the X-Z axis mount. Between the X-Z axis and the extruder carriage are 13 offset links (7A and 6B), along with 3 normal links: 3A and 3B from eddiema's collection.
