The Z/X rebuild works with the 1404 and 1311 models using the Z/X upgrade, offering compatibility across five print variations. However, keep in mind that the body and Y-axis system are designed specifically for the 1311 (also known as PB+ v2.1), so you may need to rework it to achieve the desired outcome. Note that my design doesn't incorporate pre-drilled holes for the Printrboard, but it's easy to use another board holder underneath or drill your own holes. To produce a sturdy build, I recommend printing the body halves at a minimum 70% fill setting and using strong adhesive when assembling the two parts together. I used five-minute epoxy for this purpose. You should also take care to print the Y and X axis end stops with pre-drilled holes to avoid any inconvenience later on. Currently, the only component in need of revision is the LCD/Printrboard enclosure. If you don't plan to use it at all, you may skip it entirely.
