This is to be made using "1/4in" plywood (0.210 - 0.235in). Full build guide of the original http://help.printrbot.com/Guide/Power+Tower+with+Spool+Rack+%28New+Model%29/146 . It is laid out to be laser cut from a 12 x 24in sheet, the other file is for the two smaller panels for back lighting of the gear (gear can be changed for what ever you want !). I trimed the power wires leaving the PCI-E for printer and molex for future. I also left 2 12v wires for the LED strips that I added above and below the acrylic.I then hot glued the strips on. This version is a little different then the one in the picture, I have added space for a toggle switch to turn power supply on/off. If this is not needed then you can just remove it :) The hardware needed is: 2 - #6-32 1/2in 8 - M3x13mm 4 - M3x20mm 5 - M3x10mm 5 - M3X22mm 12 - M3 Hex nut Other Material: 12x24in 1/4in ply clear acrylic black acrylic 12v LED strip or tape hot glue
