As I got ready to take a new photo of my Simple with all my modifications I realized I still had my fan and circular LED light jury rigged so I decided that it was time to make a proper mount. Instructions VITAMINS 40mm fan w/2 mounting screws/nuts (salvaged from old 1u server) 60mm led light (I got mine @amazon) INSTRUCTIONS Print part - no support required Mount fan to part. Insert screws through part, through fan, then attach nut from other side. Tighten well so thing don't vibrate loose. Remove the two screws holding the hotend into the plywood. In my case the hotend remained in place... Insert hotend screws through part, then reinsert in proper position Attach led light to ring using tie-wraps or tape Plug in fan to 3 pin connector at top. Plug in led light. I use the left pin of bed heater for ground and the bottom pin of the e-stop connector for ground.
