A support to hold the extruder wire harness so that it doesn't drag on the table. It's held by friction, designed to fit snug under the extruder motor without putting undue pressure on the motor. Instructions This is my first part design. My Printrbot is the 1403 version with the 4 bolt fan connection. I don't know how well it will fit older versions. I made it with the 3 shims so it would be easy to file down if it's a bit tight. If it's loose you could add a layer of blue tape, or modify the design.
