This PrintrBot Simple Metal Filament Guide utilizes 6x13mm V-roller bearings to direct the Filament precisely to your Printrbot's point head with minimal friction created. A built-in filament cleaner effectively wipes the filament clean of dust and other contaminants that can accumulate. Works best when paired with the Universal spool holder fitted with the V-roller bearing guide. For optimal results, use Print Settings as follows: Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Simple Black Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1 Infill: 50% Post-printing Steps: Step 1: Secure 4 6x13mm V-roller bearings over the 4 outer holes using M4x10mm Machine screws. Ensure that the roller bearings move freely and smoothly. Step 2: Glue the PB logo onto the Filament cleaner cover, if desired. Step 3: Cut two pieces of foam or sponge into 25x25x5mm squares and place them in the filament cleaner holder. Then snap the cover onto the filament cleaner holder.
