This component is an addon to the set of excelent bed height adjustment components produced by JohnSL (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:103519). It replaces one of the bed clips in the top right position and adds an x-axis spectra cord tensioner. This means you don't have to dismantle your bed every time the cord gets slack and the x-axis starts slipping. Note: you must print this with support material enabled, and remember to remove it when finished, particularly from the center of the tensioner screw hole, and from the guide slot on the top that guides the cord, if you don't do that the cord will slip out when under tension. Because there can be quite an amount of rotational force exerted on the component, trying to rotate it about the bed height screw mount, i have added a tab with a hole for a screw to lock the component to the lower bed plate. However this will require drilling a small hole in the wooden bed plate to take the screw. It is recommended. Instructions Printed on Printrbot Simple in Black PLA, Support material generation was turned on as IS required.
