Printrbot + y axis belt bracket tensioner

Enhanced y-axis bracket belt tensioner featuring a screw-adjustment mechanism. Retains original mounting screw positions; necessitates longer screws, though. The belt passes through the slot of the smaller component around the "T" and re-enters another slot before being inserted into the larger bracket, which utilizes the same holes as the initial model. Secure with a screw through the designated hole to tighten. Note that the asymmetrical large block houses a rectangular off-center hole, enabling optimal belt alignment perpendicular to the bed; reverse if necessary. For printing convenience, I used support material for the small piece and 30% fill for the larger one.
