Project Sobek is a modern, innovative and minimalistic attempt at designing a high-performance, single-seater entry-level race car that offers the raw thrill, adrenaline, and engineering joys of some of the higher, more expensive and less attainable levels of motorsport. Borrowing technologies and design philosophies from racing classes such as Super Formula, Formula One and Le Mans Prototypes, all while aiming at keeping the budget and complexity as low as possible, making it more appealing and attainable to the larger motorsports audience. With theoretical values and simulations pointing in the right direction, this work-in-progress is set to accomplish many of its founding goals, all while giving one hell of a show. You cannot sell the digital model, a derivative, or adaptation of the model, nor can you sell prints of the model and design.
