Propane Regulator Thumbscrew

Propane Regulator Thumbscrew

My propane regulator requires a 7/8" wrench to attach it to a propane tank. Newer designs have a plastic thumbscrew that fits over the metal parts and allows you to screw the regulator to the propane tank by hand. So, I created an adapter for my propane regulator to eliminate the need for a wrench to attach my regulator to the tank. See instructions for what you need and how this may help you. Instructions Measure your regulator and compare it to the files I have created. My part is for a 20 year old burner, but I think that none of the dimensions have changed. I'd advise you to print the parts with a high infill percentage because these regulators see a lot of abuse. You will also need two machine screws and hex nuts to hold this assembly together.
