I tried first to print some bias tape folder that was posted previously by others on TW but for some reason or other all the files would have non-manifold geometry, non printable sides etc, and it would in general freak out my slicer so I decide to make my very own from scratch and properly at last. It has little wings that can be used to attach it to sewing machine with a tape so you can create bias tape and sew it all on the same time. On the picture with my machine you would normally have to use double needle to crate and sew it this way. So don't question how my setup would work with a single needle because it wouldn't. It is rotated the correct way for printing - no support needed. I used 100% infill - it is small, no need to go less. To load strip, cut it at angle and then use scissors or screwdriver to push it through the window. So you need about 1" strip that would create 1/2 inch. There are youtube videos, all bias tape folders work basically the same way. In the future I may expand it further to create double fold tape. Designed in Fusion 360. It took some brain power to design it - slopes and folding channels all hidden inside enclosure. It was more like a puzzle to be honest. But I can assure you the geometry is correct, water tight solid.
