ProStruder with 625zz idler bearing

thingiverse

After having 4 ProStruders for over a year I noticed that the original 623zz bearings were crapping out. Apparently they can't take the fast movement when changing filaments hundreds of times during prints. Originally I replaced the one bearing with 2 bearings, but wanted to have something more sturdy. So did some modeling and ended up with version that uses 625zz bearings. I incorporated my tube guides also. Also there's more room for the idler to move due to updated top part. Due to the space requirements of the bigger bearing, other one of the long bolts that go through the whole assembly cannot be used anymore. Instead the tube guides use smaller bolts to attach to the top and bottom parts and also to each other. See pics which should hopefully clarify the assembly. For the tube guide parts there are 2 versions: normal and nylon. Nylon has bit larger holes so if you are having difficulty getting the parts to fit, try the nylon version. Needs: - 2x16mm M3 bolts - 1x 12mm M3 bolt - 2x M3 nuts - 1x 20mm M5 bolt - 1x M5 nylock nut OpenSCAD sources: https://github.com/spegelius/3DModels/tree/master/PrinterParts/ProStruder
