This is a lid for the Mean Well SP-240-24 PSU, intended to keep fingers safe from the mains connection while still allowing air to enter the PSU. The existing side holes are not covered, and the lid goes to the screw holes for permanent mounting if you wish. There are two versions, one with, and one without a bottom layer. The one without is intended for situations where the PSU is mounted on something that keeps the bottom covered, so you can't get your fingers in below -- this one is flush with the bottom. the other one covers the bottom too, and probably works best of you mount the PSU on some sort of rubber feet. There is a hole in each side for power in and out, and the adjustment screw is reachable through the large front hole that, like the side openings, allows air to flow into the PSU for cooling. The design has .1mm clearance from the PSU, so at least on my printer it fits snugly when printed with .2mm layer height without any size compensation in the slicer. Edit 2015-05-26: Added two "belt rings" designed for use with the version that has a bottom layer. Both sit in the opposite side to the lid, and one has flaps with screw holes to fasten the PSU. Instructions Designed to be sliced with .2mm layer height without size compensation. Your mileage may vary. Avoid using conductive filament, I guess. Run wires through the side holes and connect them before mounting the cover.
