[EDIT 05/01/17] After 6 months, I just created a threaded version. The thread used by the PINDA probe seems to be a ISO M8.1, which is not the same as a M8 rode. There are two versions, "Pinda-Hat-v2.1.stl" with a standard thread size, and "Pinda-Hat-v2.1 - bigthread.stl" with bigger thread if you have some ABS shrinking much while printing. I personnaly printed the 2.1 version with 0.20 profile and it fits perfectly, screw pretty easily but tighten enough for it to stay on place. Enjoy :) [/EDIT 05/01/17] I designed this protective cap for the pinda probe of original Prusa i3 mk2 printer. This cap is made to avoid the probe to grab unsticked parts or other printing issue above the printed layer, and to make it slide under it. The center is just the size needed to hold the M8 thread, so I used a threaded rod to make a thread in ABS. Once in place, the black part of the pinda does almost not overreach the central hole, to minimize chance to pull something. No additional space is used below it. It's several mm from the block heater, that's the part I'm not 100 % sure yet. I used very low resolution (0.05 mm) in order to make it smooth and to be sure to minimize any friction possible.
