Protos V2 precision upgrade

This upgrade increased the stability of my protos a lot. It is now using GT2 Belts (20 teeth on X ans Y) and a J-Head (1.75mm). Instructions following parts are reused multiple times: 2x slider-clamp 2x z-clamp 4x x-clamp
