Started building a die cutter to test its ability to quickly cut nose bridges for homemade (mass produced) washable face masks. It mostly worked, but I need the nose bridge longer and the aluminum pop can material is slightly too thin. The edges rolled a bit, making one side smooth and stronger. That was beneficial. The next version will be longer and possibly include an embossing step to make the thin aluminum more durable for long term use. I want to share this now to get feedback on my idea in the HackThePandemic Challenge
