A protractor. 120mm diameter. The outer ring is graduated every 7.5degrees. The inner ring is every 10degrees. I know this is a little odd but this is what I needed for a project. There is a vertical fin which is very useful for aligning with a spirit level or another object. You can use it as is or print the "ruler" which can be used as an extension for marking larger circles.
