Universal 3D printed kit for CNC conversion of Proxxon mini mill KF 70.For Z axis only print kit with a pair of yellow fixing pads.3 pcs of the same 6 mm wide GT2 belt loops are used.Yellow rollers on stepper spacers were added to arrange a belt along a Nema 17 stepper spacers.Only one spacer for base frame plates connection is shown.About 5 plate spacers for each drive is ned.Plates and spacers are fixed together by screws mostly used for wood and so.No additional holes has not to be prepared to mill structure to fix the gears on to it.Belt pulley is fixed onto crank wheel outer surface.Hand controll can be still used.For better duration use printed plates strucuture for milling a new replace alu plates.End stop will be added soon.Progess:X and Y drives are prepared and waits for belts. Z drive was canceled for replace Alu plates machinning. Z steps for single layers will be set manuall during machinning. Arudino CNC shield will be used for controll.Photos of CNC conversion will be added soon.
