Proxxon MF-70 T-nut M4. UPDATE 2019/04 - revised the design to make it stronger and use less material. UPDATE 2019/02 - added Fusion360 source file. Use: - Print the part at 0.2mm layer height and 50% infill. Print it flat on the plate (rotate it 90 deg) - Punch open the hole using a 4mm bit or a hobby cutter. - Snap a M4 nut into the hole. Use pliers or a vice if needed. PRINT WITHOUT SUPPORT - the screw hole has a 0.2mm bridge over it to allow printing without supports, if you print at 0.2mm layer height it should only be 1 layer thick, so punch it open before inserting the nut.
