The feed gear of my Proxxon PD-230 broke due to bad use. I printed this one using PLA 0.2mm layers and 100%infill. It worked very well for finishing aluminium and is good for light cuts. My printer is not so uniform, but it turns out this actually helps break the chips. The finish is very good with a rounded cutting bit.
