Prusa air 2 in alu

Its a derivel of the 6 mm prusa air thing 14204 Just altered it a bit. All the printer parts and the machined parts can be found here on thinivers except of the pcb board. Instructions Cut the parts Lasercut the aluminum or print the drawings and use them to cut from with whatever can cut your 3mm material Print the parts needed for a prusa mendel. Here i used my owns uni extruder for 1.75 filament and my owns mini hot end and experimental 0.8 mm nozzle worked fine. I now already have updated it with lm8uu on the y akses and have a record speed on 150mm/sec ;-) Fast and no wobbling !!!! Great design A big thanks to mecano for the 14204 on thingiverse for more pic info see my stuff or look at http://www.thy3d.com/?p=326 I use it now with a dremel to make the gen6 pcb with a 0.4mm mill (30mm/sec) !!! its small. and its stable enough to deal with the big rotating dremmel accu. When the pcb is done. its a purebred reprap indeed.
