Prusa Bear LCD control knob (for Prusa Bear frame)

This is my Bear control knob for the Prusa i3 Bear Upgrade, which replaces the frame of the Prusa Mk3 (and Mk2, Mk2S, Mk2.5) with a much more rigid frame, to help reduce print quality issues caused by the frame flexing while printing. After all, who wouldn't want a bear knob ! Don't live with a bear behind, be proud, have a full-frontal bear ! Note: This is WIP, since I haven't yet printed the knob, but will be printing it shortly. I'll be providing files in multiple versions, both for printing in separate parts for multi-color prints, for MMU (in theory, though 'bear' with me as I don't have an MMU so have no way to test this), and as a single part to be painted. The pupils of the eyes are intended to be insert as cut lengths of 1.75mm filament, regardless of the print-type. This should aide in definition of the eyes, regardless of whether the knob is printed as multi-color or painted
