Prusa BLTouch Remix
thingiverse
First of all, huge credit goes out to Joseph Prusa and the incredible community behind the Prusa evolution for making this project possible. I'm simply taking their amazing design and modifying it to use a BLTouch instead of a PINDA on the extruder-body. I was looking for a reliable MK3s assembly that could be mounted directly onto my Wanhao (Maker Select) i3+, but every integrated BLTouch setup I found interfered with airflow, which is a major issue. That's why I decided to create this custom design from scratch. As the project evolves, I'll continue to update and refine it based on your suggestions. All other parts of the Prusa MK3s are standard and can be downloaded directly from the Prusa website. I opted not to include the filament sensor for now, but I might change my mind once the replacement parts arrive from AliExpress. A huge shoutout to Mark Greco for creating those amazing BLTouch Shims, which have become a staple in all of my machines. The interchangeable sizes make it easy to adjust when swapping out tips.
