Prusa Face Shield RC3 with visor, buckles and bottom reinforcement

Re-mix of [Prusa Face Shield RC3](https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/25857-prusa-face-shield) with [Visor extension (no need for extra top part)](https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/27748-dtm-v30-face-shield-ppe-for-covid-19-remix-of-prus) and [clips/buckles](https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/27186-prusa-rc3-covid-shield-with-buckle-and-stud) on the side to fit a plain rubber band (without holes) and the [bottom reinforcement](https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/25857-prusa-face-shield). All in a single OpenSCAD file to allow for simple adaptions. Can easily be adapted to you rubber band width, or your hole punch measurements. Bottom part defaults to thickness of laminating foil (pouch). -------------------------------------------- UPDATE (2020-04-13): Added chamfer between headband and clip to strengthen clip and connection.
