Prusa Hanging Spool Holders

<p>I liked the hanging spool holders in the print farm when I visited Prusa Research in Prague.<br/> Fortunately, Dominik Císař who works at Prusa and designed them has put them on Thingiverse.</p> <p><a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3429734">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3429734</a><br/> <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3429739">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3429739</a></p> <p>Prusa uses a metal hook to hang the spool from. I remixed their standard spool holder to be used together with a length of 8mm threaded rod.</p> <p>I use them for my 2kg spools and also incorporated the use of two 625zz bearings to reduce drag. You will need a 5mm threaded rod to hold the bearings in place. There are left and right versions available.</p>
