Just building my first i3 and wanted to integrate some cheap Z axis 8 mm lead screws. Couldn't really find x ends to suit so modeled some simple ones.

If you like these hit the button

Update 2016 March 26th >.Adjustable Z endstop >>http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1444049

Update Oct 19th> Idler end R2 ..Added 2 small holes ( can be tapped M3) to the idler end so adjustment screws can be fitted to set the spacing of the Z axis smooth rods. This to relieve stress on the i3 frame when the x axis belt is tensioned

Update Dec 11th 2015> Created an anti backlash adapter so that the standard M5 threaded rod can be used with these X axis ends >>http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1189599

Update Dec 22nd > motor end R2 now has 3 mm deeper holes for the 8mm OD smooth rods to allow for the standard 370mm long rods Thanks to coder79 for catching this issue
Category: 3D Printer Parts
