Prusa I2 PC Power Supply Mounting Brackets

Prusa I2 PC Power Supply Mounting Brackets

I am using a PC power supply to power my Prusa I2. I was tired of the PS being loose and wanted it to be fixed to the frame to make the printer more portable and tighten up the assembly. The result was a lower tray and retaining bracket. The lower tray supports the PS and rests on the lower all thread rod. It tucks the PS off the corner of the printer frame. The upper bracket holds the PS to the angled all thread rod (part of the A frame). Just use three screws typically supplied with the PS. I included the SolidWorks 2014 part files and Parasolid files in case you need to change the design to accommodate your PS.
