Prusa i3 adaptable LED ramp holder V2

This is my second version of adaptable LED ramp holder for Prusa i3 mk1. Any type using 6 mm frame should be able to use it. Please note this is not for the Prusa i3 mk2/mk2S, use then instead the mk2 version here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1656032 I restart the design of my first version (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1418815 ) to fix the principal issue: there is no more reduction of the printing area. I made picture with extruder at the top, with X=0 and X=200 mm. Nothing is blocked at these extruder positions. In addition, adaptors can be used to hold specific LED bar dimension and number. I provide an adaptor for Ikea DIODER LEDS. The adaptor have just to be clipped in the arm. Insert the small plug in the second arm at 90° and turn it to block the adaptor with the small grip. I provide in addition a template adaptor that can be used to easily tweak your own LED support. In case you plan to hold heavier LEDs, the adaptor have a 'U' shaped hole to support a zip tie to secure position to the arm. I tested the Ikea DIODER LEDs, as shown in the pictures. These LEDS are a bit short, but adding the provided plugs add just the needed length. You can also like me use a kitchen LED ramp, without adaptors, using zip tie through the arm holes, to hold it in position. It's my preferred system, providing way more light. Please share your tweaks if you make specific adaptors :) Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 original Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 200 nm Infill: 22 % Notes: Support are needed only for the small plug of the adaptors. The arms does not need it. For better rigidity, better use a strong infill pattern.
