Hello! After battling slight belt misalignment and wear, I decided to give the design a much-needed tweak by pressing a spacer on either side of the belt to keep it centered. My hope is that this solution will help someone out there with similar issues. Happy Printing! Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa I3 Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: Any Notes: This little part doesn't require optimal settings since the bearings pressing in are what really matter. Post-Printing: These spacers will keep the belt perfectly aligned.
