I made these to clamp over the base threaded rods to help hold my Alunar M508 down to a piece of blockboard. I need to move the printer around, so this stops it flexing when I move it, and generally makes it a lot more rigid. The FreeCAD file is include so you can tweak it if your cheap clone printer is different to my cheap clone printer!
