I remixed this using Sketchup Maker to reduce the frame clip distance to fit my 5mm Perspex frame - plus I did certain hardware adjustments to the printer to print it cleanly a second time. The first print was not very clean, so tweaked the printer hardware to ensure no wobble on the Z-axis. Share and rework as needed! Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 build kit Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: Medium, 0.2mm Infill: 15% Notes: Printed with Simplify3D software/slicer Filament: 1.75mm PLA Glass Heat Bed Temp: 70 degrees for the first 10 layers, 65 degrees for layers 11-20, then 60 degrees for the balance. Extruder Temp: 220 degrees for the first 10 layers, then 210 degrees for the balance layers Extruder Nozzle: 0.4mm Extrusion Multiplier: 1,00 Extrusion Width: 0.50mm Layer Height: 0,2000mm Top & Bottom Layers: 4 Outline/Perimeter Shells: 3 Outline Direction: Outside-In Print Speed: 2400mm/min (40mm/sec) Outline & Solid Fill Underspeed: 80% Allow Gap Fill When Necessary: 20%
